At Avento Studio, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your door. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Avento Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Avento Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please allow 24-48 hours as packages may sometimes be marked as delivered prematurely.

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
