At Avento Studio, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
FIRST OF ALL, IF THE DELIVERY FAILS BECAUSE THE ADDRESS THE CUSTOMER PROVIDED WAS INCORRECT OR IF HE/SHE DIDN'T CLAIM THE PACKAGE, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND THE ORDER. WE CAN PROCEED WITH A RESEND IF PAID BY CUSTOMER (4,99€). IF THE ERROR IS ON OUR SIDE, A RESEND OR REFUND IS OBVIOUSLY POSSIBLE!

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@aventostudio.org with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
